Remotely running 'gtk' applications consum cpu at high utilization under certain condition

Issue

  • gvim or gedit processes are running at high CPU utilization
  • I found many gvim processes are running at high CPU utilization when running them via XDMCP using "Exceed-on Demand"

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • XDMCP` server is set up
  • Exceed onDemand as remote desktop
