Pod service endpoints are getting dropped for healthy pods in RHOCP 3
Issue
- Ready condition on the pod is false but containers are running and healthy.
- Pod endpoints listed under notReadyAddresses but the pod is healthy.
- Web console shows red 'x' and hovering over 'x' shows "This pod has no endpoints and is not accepting traffic".
