Why I Am Not Able Fetch License From the Ansible Tower License Page, Using the Red Hat Customer Credentials on CentOS ?

Issue

I'm getting the following error when I try to fetch Ansible Tower license using the import a license feature using the Red Hat customer credentials.

Ansible Tower 3.6.0 - 3.6.3

Error: Could not find a suitable TLS CA certificate bundle, invalid path: /etc/rhsm/ca/redhat-uep.pem

Ansible Tower 3.6.4+

Error: Unable to open certificate bundle: /etc/rhsm/ca/redhat-uep.pem. Check that Ansible Tower is running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
