Improper use of put "verb" in Red Hat Quay authorization in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 3.11

- What kind of extra capabilities users will have after granting
putverb? - While deploying the quay registry in ocp cluster as per quay doc states about the usage of
putverb but nothing mentioned about this verb in openshift doc.
