Is port 443 enough to access the sites that OCP uses?

Issue

• As stated in "Configuring your firewall" OCP needs access to the URLs listed but consistently leverages TLS-encrypted HTTPS connections when creating outbound connections to them
• As such, only port 443 needs to be allowed to pass egreess traffic through a firewall
