Can I use pacemaker_remote service for a third node in a cluster with SAP HANA with Multitarget System Replication?

Issue

  • Having an additional SAP HANA server in a secondary datacenter and Scale-Up System Replication already configured between two nodes managed by a pacemaker cluster, we would like to configure the 3rd system using pacemaker_remote service for Multitarget System Replication. Is this possible?
  • Can I configure a third system with pacemaker_remote service, configure it for Multitarget System Replication and integrate it into a pacemaker cluster which already manages a SAP HANA with Scale-Up System Replication?
