Error mounting S3 storage on image-registry pods

Issue

• We have our on-perm S3 storage and want to use that object storage for the registry.
• Following are the configuration configured on the image-registry custom resource (configs.imageregistry.operator.openshift.io/cluster)

  storage:
    s3:
      bucket: my2-registry
      region: xxxx.xx.xx.x
      regionEndpoint: xx.xxxx.xx.x.x.xx
    secret:
      secretName: image-registry-private-configuration-user

• The following error message are reported on the status section of the image-registry custom config.
