[RHV] Error while trying to deactivate disk

Issue

  • Attempting to deactivate returns the error: Failed to unplug disk <xyz> from VM <zyx>
  • The engine.log file shows the following error: AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'attrib'
