Issue

After 3scale upgrade, we have noticed the following log entries in the system-provider pod:

[request-id] [example.com] [1.1.1.1]    'admin/api/buyers_applications/index' file doesn't exist, so no dependencies
[request-id] [example.com] [1.1.1.1]    Couldn't find template for digesting: admin/api/buyers_applications/index
[request-id] [example.com] [1.1.1.1]    'admin/api/application_plans/show' file doesn't exist, so no dependencies
[request-id] [example.com] [1.1.1.1]    Couldn't find template for digesting: admin/api/application_plans/show
[request-id] [example.com] [1.1.1.1]    'admin/api/buyer_application_keys/index' file doesn't exist, so no dependencies
[request-id] [example.com] [1.1.1.1]    Couldn't find template for digesting: admin/api/buyer_application_keys/index
[request-id] [example.com] [1.1.1.1]   'admin/api/api_docs_services/index' file doesn't exist, so no dependencies
