Why the system fails to boot after replacing a disk in Hardware RAID array?
Issue
- After replacing a failed disk in the

RAIDarray after one of the failed disks have been replaced? - System boots up fine if the new disk is removed from the
RAIDarray(mirror), but fails to boot if both the disks are attached in the array. - While booting up system fails to obtain some of the files required to boot the system.
