Path based route shows "HostAlreadyClaimed" even after deleting the older route

Issue

• After deleting one route out of the two with the same host and path still show "HostAlreadyClaimed".
• After the deletion of the duplicate route, the other route shows the wrong description pointing to an unrelated existing route.
