Multiple RHEV 3.1 hypervisors fail simultaneously

Issue

• One or more RHEV hypervisors stop working
• Several hypervisors may fail simultaneously (within seconds of each other)
• One or more of the following errors appears in the vdsm log on the affected hypervisors:

Sep 17 23:10:01 hostname vdsm SuperVdsmProxy WARNING Connect to svdsm failed digest sent was rejected

Sep 17 23:10:23 hostname vdsm SuperVdsmProxy WARNING Connect to svdsm failed [Errno 2] No such file or directory
