After the upgrade from 2.5 to 2.6 the Public Base URL is not shown in the admin portal
Issue
- After upgrading 3scale 2.5 to 2.6 I can't see the correct URL in the Public Base URL fields for staging and production or they are cleared.

- Red Hat 3scale API Management 2.6 On premises
