Hammer ping failing or pulp and pulp_auth failing
Issue
When starting Satellite Service via foreman-maintain service start, the response of hammer ping is pulp and pulp_auth failing.
When setroubleshoot package is not installed the customer can't see much information related to the SELinux issue on the logs.
