Solution Verified - Updated -

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.7
  • Red Hat Satellite 6.8
  • Red Hat Satellite 6.9

Issue

  • Adding subscriptions into the manifest on the Satellite Web UI creates a new row on the Subscriptions page having the "Contract", "Start Date, "End Date", "Consumed" and "Entitlements" fields mentioned as "NA" (Not Applicable)

Resolution

  • This is the expected behavior in Red Hat Satellite 6.7 and Red Hat Satellite 6.8.

Root Cause

  • When there are some subscriptions with the same contract number, they are grouped together under a single heading. There are multiple rows for subscriptions under the same contract because of the way they were added to the manifest.
