AMQ broker does not clean the connection (MQTT) when the connection is broken
Issue
- When connecting AMQ broker by MQTT protocol. If we have a misbehaving client, such as the connection was not closed, then the connections can not be cleared by the broker.

- Red Hat AMQ Broker
- 7.0.x, 7.1.x, 7.2.x, 7.3.x, 7.4.x, 7.5.x
