iptables rules related to stale Egress IP was not removed

Issue

Bug in KCS only fix the issue that stale Egress IP was not cleaned from network interface, however, the iptable rule related to stale Egress IP still existed.

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform(OCP) 3.11
  • Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform(OCP) 4
  • EgressIP iptables rules.
