During the installation OpenShift 4.3 node fails to boot in vSphere
Issue
- Trying to boot OpenShift 4.3 nodes in vSphere using ignition config base64 encoded per documentation. On the console the node gets a DHCP address and then logs the following in the console:
"failed to fetch config: unable to decode base64"
