Jenkins OAuth not working when using custom certificates (RootCA + IntermediateCA)
Issue
- When using custom ingress certificate along with cluster-wide custom PKI, the Jenkins oAuth route fails with the following error if the custom certificate was signed by an IntermediateCA (RootCA + IntermediateCA + Custom Ingress Certificate):

Environment
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
- 4.3.x
- 4.4.x (<= 4.4.8) see the note below
- 4.5.x see note below
NOTE: When using OCP >= 4.4.9, the first part of the bug (the fixed Jenkins images) was already covered via BZ#1826174, but there is a second part (configmap to inject the CA) also necessary to make the oAuth template to work out-of-the-box, this is still being addressed via BZ#1836032 and can be easily workaround as stated within section Workaround to create the missing configmap when using version >= 4.4.9 if needed.
