RHEL サーバーが内部 DNS 経由でルーティングされず、ルート DNS と直接通信する

Issue

• RHEL サーバーが内部 DNS 経由でルーティングされず、ルート DNS と直接通信します。
• ログでは、報告された時間におけるサーバーの DNSSEC 検証関連メッセージしか見つかりませんでした。
