MCollective shows no Node hosts responding to ping after rebooting a broker host
Issue
When restarting a Broker host, the Node hosts does not reconnect to ActiveMQ/MCollective. Running mco ping on broker results in no nodes responding. After restarting MCollective service on Node hosts, mco ping is able to see the Node hosts.

- OpenShift Enterprise 1.2
- OpenShift Enterprise 2.x
