TCP (imtcp) sessions to rsyslog service are not terminating on central rsyslog server.
Issue

After installing rsyslog ver.5.8.1 on central rsyslog server, TCP sessions from remote machines logging event into central rsyslog server are in "ESTABLISHED" status for ever.

It is impacting the File descriptor limit and the service will eventually die when it reaches the default FD limit with error "rsyslog service dead but PID exit".
