Clients registered behind load-balanced Capsules get 403 error on packages from repos with on demand download policy
Issue
- Having repositories with (default) On Demand download policy ("lazy sync")
- Capsules load-balanced behind a HA proxy / loadbalancer
- Clients registered to the Capsules get 403 error when attempting to fetch a package from the repos; fetching metadata works fine
