Can we migrate Prometheus scrape_config from an older version of OpenShift to OpenShift 3.11?

Issue

We are currently running a tech preview release of Prometheus monitoring in OpenShift (anything older than OpenShift 3.11) and are wondering if the same scrape_config (s) will work in Prometheus v3.11 that is shipped by Red Hat.
