ActiveMQ duplex connections are not displayed in an ActiveMQ network

Issue

In a three broker ActiveMQ network for OSE, duplex connections to ephemeral ports are not displayed in any broker's http://localhost:8161/admin/network.jsp page. However, OSE is functional and able to provision apps.

OSE documentation indicates ephemeral port connections should be displayed:
