Unable to get limits.conf to allow user to change ulimit -n in RHEL5
Issue
On a host certain limits were not persistent for an oracle user like
-stack - max stack size
-nproc - max number of processes
-sigpending - max number of pending signals
- nofile - max number of open files
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
