How can we change volumeDirectory using an inventory variable on OCP3 ?

Issue

• You want to change the node default "volumeDirectory"("/var/lib/origin") to other path using an inventory variable when you install OCP311.
• You want to change "/var/lib/origin/openshift.local.volumes" to "/other/path/to/openshift.local.volumes" on the nodes.
