Why permissions on `/dev/null` changes to 0660 after each reboot?

Issue

  • The permissions on /dev/null is changing to 0660 after each reboot.
  • It takes around 60 seconds to change the permissions from 0666 to 0660
  • Is there any known issue with the permission changes of /dev/null?
