Can I run JON as a Linux Service with another user besides root?
Issue
- We have JON running as a service on RHEL 5.5 and we want to start the JON server with another user besides root, can this be done?
- Need information on how to run JON as a service as a user other than root
- Set up JON server service to run under a non-root user
- Run JON service as a non-root user
Environment
- JBoss Operations Network (JON) 2.4.x, 3.0.x, 3.1.x
- JBoss ON running as a Linux service
