Issue

Any keyboard input does not work in Keyboard Selection Window, before click anywhere in this window with mouse.
And this issue does not occur, if "English" is selected in Language Selection Window.
I tried "French"/"German"/"Japanese" as Language Selection Window's selection, keyboard input does not work in these three languages.
System unable to detect Keyboard and mouse at the initial installation
