OpenJDK 32-bit for Windows

Issue

• We are currently running 32-bit version of Oracle JDK 1.8 u172 and would like to do a quick test switching over to 32-bit version of OpenJDK 1.8.0.191 to see if there is any impact.
• Where can I find the Windows 32 Bit distribution for OpenJDK? It's not available from your download portal
• The 32 bit OpenJDK download at https://developers.redhat.com/products/openjdk/download does not include /jre/bin/client/jvm.dll like other OpenJDK distributions i.e. AdoptOpenJDK for instance
