RHEV: VM status is 'UP' even if the hypervisor was brought down, causing the Data Center to be set to Non-Responsive
Issue
Some VMs (Virtual Machines) are marked as UP, but they are not running on any hypervisor in the cluster. It is not possible to perform any operation on these VMs.
