Negation(!) does not work with In operator in RHDM 7
Issue
If symbol "!" is used with In and other operators in drools, there is an exception error
"Unable to Analyse Expression !(name in ("value1","value2","value3")):
[Error: unexpected token: ]
[Near : {... !(name in ("value1","value2"," ....}] "
