DecryptionFailureException on mirroring configuration after Quay upgrade
Issue
Quay sometimes throws an HTTP 500 error when mirrored repositories are opened, after an upgrade from version 3.1.x to 3.2.0 has been done according to the official documentation. Additionally, the logs show a DecryptionFailureException or a generic decryption failure.
