Management resource '[...]' not found when viewing web-service endpoint in JBoss EAP 7.2

Issue

When trying to view any SOAP Web service endpoint in the EAP 7.2 admin console, a "Last operation failed" dialog appears with details "WFLYCTL0216: Management resource '[...]' not found". It is consistent with every deployed SOAP Web service when viewing the Web service endpoint information.
