Image pull fails during deployment with http proxy on OCP 4

Issue

• The cluster is configured with proxy following the steps from Configuring the cluster-wide proxy documentation
• The build process works as expected and the image can be pushed to the registry
• Trying to pull an image during a new deployment fails when the environment is configured with HTTP proxy
