Issue

  • get message when trying to provision to sub-organization (for org id #2 in the following example):

    Warning: Your Proposed <ORG #1 NAME> (1) Channel Family allocation provides less entitlements
 than are currently in use in the <ORG #2 NAME>. Please adjust your proposed allocation to no
 less then the amount of entitlements currently in use.
