Provide macros.rubygems in rubygems-devel for compatibility with Fedora in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
For Ruby-1.9.3, It has introduced rubygems-devel, which provides some useful macros for gem packaging in /etc/rpm/macros.rubygems. This package was later backported also into older Fedoras
Can these macros be introduced into RHEL, which would ease the package maintenance?
