VM disk remains in locked state if image transfer (image download) times out due to inactivity
Issue
- VM disk in locked state. Cannot create any snapshots.
- Using a VM backup API that creates a VM snapshot and download the image.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.4.3 and lower.
