How can I read or browse messages on a queue without consuming them?

Issue

• Most queues and topics do not allow a user to read messages from a destination without actually "consuming" the message (Ack).

• A user might need to read an entire message (into a file) for purposes of taking a sample to provide for analysis.

• Hawtio does not show the entire message when it is browsed. A portion of the message is "cut-off" - especially if the message is large.
