RHEL 6 logrotate configurations "size" and "yearly" should not be combined
Issue
- In /etc/logrotate.d/yum, as currently configured, the 'time' option will always win out over the 'size' option.
- In /etc/logrotate.d/dracut, as currently configured, the 'time' option will always win out over the 'size' option.
- Concern is a is a match for bugzilla 723570.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- yum-3.2.29-40.el6.noarch
- dracut-004-303.el6.noarch
