How to get the list of the packages installed or updated in the last yum transaction in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and 7

Issue

• How can I get the list of the packages installed or updated in the last yum transaction?
• The output package should include the package name and version only.
• I tried yum history package-info *, and search the last transaction number and the package name in the output. But the command didn't output all information.
• Is there an alternative way to do that?
