How to change idle-timeout for oc commands in OCP 4.7

Issue

• TCP Streaming connections get closed after 60 seconds (oc commands like oc rsh, oc exec, oc logs, oc debug or oc port-forward) in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

• After 60 seconds the port-forward connection gets lost:

  E0129 13:48:58.595874   28317 portforward.go:233] lost connection to pod
  

• The oc debug connection is finished:

  timed out waiting for input: auto-logout
