How to change idle timeout for OCP commands on the load balancer

Issue

TCP connections for streaming oc commands get closed after some seconds seconds (oc commands like oc rsh, oc exec, oc logs, oc debug or oc port-forward) in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

```
The oc debug connection is finished after some times:

timed out waiting for input: auto-logout
```
