After upgrade different versions of ose-pod images seen in docker ps

Issue

• After successfully upgrading the cluster from OCP 3.11.98 to OCP 3.11.154 the docker ps showed older version of ose-pod images:

  E.G.: on one node:
  > docker ps | grep 3.11.98

• This is seen only on compute nodes.
