Install the Fuse console offline

Issue

• Deploying the Fuse console on Openshift does not succeed without any logs are seen in the events. The command oc status shows the deployment status as waiting on image or update and the attempt to deploy manually fails with the following error:

An error occurred while starting the deployment.
Reason: cannot trigger a deployment for "fuse75-console" because it contains unresolved images
