What network ports does rpcbind use?

Issue

• Port 694 was used by rpcbind when a customer started a system.
• We would like to set up so that rpcbind may not use port 694.
• rpcbind is using random port even though it is configured to 111. We would like to know what is the reason behind this? How to prevent this from happening.
