Why is a VM with direct lun disks in my RHEV environment pausing from I/O problems?
Issue
VM is continuously paused with the following message in events tab:
VM <vmname> has paused due to storage I/O problem.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.2
- vdsm-4.10.x
