Unable to create new VMs or add new storage to exising virtual machines on RHEV2.2 failing with error RHEV: Operation Add-Disk failed, event ID 98
Issue
Customer cannot create new VMs or add new storage to exising VMs. When they try they get an 'Operation Add-Disk failed' error in the RHEVM.
