Postgres volume mount has incorrect permissions
Issue
When attempting to start the Postgres Service, the PV (Persistent Volume) is created and mounted correctly into the pod, however the database fails to start with the following error:
mkdir: cannot create directory '/var/lib/pgsql/data/userdata': Permission denied
