RHCOS deployment using virt-install fails to start Switch Root
Issue
virt-install using:
- rhcos-4.2.0-x86_64-installer-kernel
- rhcos-4.2.0-x86_64-installer-initramfs
- and kernel_args with coreos.inst.ignition_url=http://$IP/rhcos-4.2.0-x86_64-metal-bios.raw.gz
ends up with
[FAILED] Failed to start Switch Root.
